The Beneva Quebec City Marathon was held on October 1st, 2023, and as I was still running high on the personal best, I set three weeks earlier at the GMS Queen City Marathon in Regina, Saskatchewan; I ran another 3 hours 20 minutes for a marathon. The Quebec City Marathon course was not flat, and it was uphill and sometimes downhill, but it was a great run across the beautiful Quebec City. The Quebec City Marathon was my seventh full 42.2 KM marathon in 2023 as part of my goal to run across the ten Canadian provinces.
